The Cig-a-LinQ Taster and Pro have the smallest mini-tank in the world. This is a unique design, but filling it requires precision because of the small opening at the top of the tank. You can facilitate this by using the VaporLinQ liquids refill bottles, which have a small spout. These are specially adapted for this purpose and fit between the air duct and the edge of the tank. Tip: keep the filling nozzle at an angle and pour from the left or right side of the tank, so that the air can exit at the top. If you continue to encounter problems, then it might be wise to switch to a Cig-a-LinQ Cartridge. Here you simply replace the entire nozzle including liquid and coil.
I get liquid in my mouth?
This means that there is liquid in the mouthpiece, which could have happened due to the following:
fluid has drained into the air duct whilst refilling the tank;
you have filled the tank with too much liquid;
a sealing ring or lid is not closed or tightened.
Remove the coil, the tank and the nozzle and rinse with hot water. Put the vaporizer carefully back together and fill it carefully to the correct level with liquid.
NOTE: The liquid is not harmful. If liquid enters your mouth, simply rinse your mouth with water.
I do not get any vape?
Make sure the battery of your vaporizer is charged and turned on. Cig-a-LinQ vaporizers are activated by suction on the mouthpiece. With the other vaporizers, you must briefly press the power button five times to turn it on and off (child protection).
Make sure there is enough liquid in the tank. Activating or use of the vaporizer without liquid will damage (burn) the coil, after which it must be replaced.
With your Cig-a-LinQ Cartridge, Pro and Taster, you may accidentally place your finger over the vents on the bottom of the tank seal. This makes it difficult for air to be taken in, so there is no vape.
It may be that the adjustable airflow channel on some vaporizers is closed, giving you virtually no air to inhale. For cloud-chasing, the airflow channel should be opened fully.
The flavor diminishes or changes?
Check the voltage of the battery and the liquid level in the tank. If these are good, the coil will need replacement. In the case of daily, intensive use, the coil lasts approximately 14 days, or five 50 ml bottles of liquid before it needs to be replaced. You will find the instructional video on how to replace the coil here. Caution: After the coil has been replaced, it will take several seconds before it is saturated with liquid. If you activate the coil too quickly, you will get a so-called “dry hit”, which could damage the coil. Wait for a few seconds and then suck without inhaling the first vape.
The battery dies quickly?
If your battery is fully charged, but you still cannot vape all day, it may be because:
The battery has worn out (the lifespan is about 300 charges). You can order a new battery through the webshop,
The battery is insufficient for your use, in which case we recommend you to buy a battery or vaporizer with more capacity or switch to an Orion-tank system with booster battery.
The vape I is too hot?
Nowadays, all vaporizers are protected against overheating. However, vaporizers that have adjustable voltage and/or wattage may produce vape that is too hot to inhale. Reduce the wattage or fit a plastic nozzle or a nozzle with airflow that the cools the vape . Activate your e-cigarette only by inhaling. This prevents the coil from burning and from producing vape that is too hot to inhale.
